Is this only for coworking, or also managed offices?
Both. Any operator selling desks, cabins, meeting rooms or flexible floors — coworking brands, serviced offices and hybrid managed offices — runs on the same inventory, booking and billing model.
Can I run more than one location?
Yes. Locations are first-class. Floor maps, bookings, customers and metering all scope cleanly per site, with an Enterprise option for chains.
Does it replace my accounting software?
Yes — when you enable Zeicle Finance alongside Coworking. Booking invoices, subscriptions and security deposits post to the same GST-ready books, so you don’t need a separate Tally/Zoho stack or a second money system inside coworking.
Can members book themselves?
Yes. Staff book day-to-day in the operator workspace, and members use a dedicated portal for self-serve booking against spaces they’re entitled to.
Will it double-book a meeting room?
Bookings and subscriptions share one conflict engine — including parent/child spaces and pooled hot-desk capacity — so overlapping holds can’t silently oversell a room or zone.
What counts as an occupied seat for pricing?
A desk or cabin capacity unit with an active subscription allocation or a paid booking in the billing month. Empty inventory doesn’t bill. Meeting-room-only hourly use doesn’t inflate the seat meter unless it’s sold as allocated capacity.
What is an active customer for pricing?
A coworking customer whose status is Active at month-end. Churned or archived accounts don’t count toward the per-customer meter. On that plan we assume an average of no more than 10 active members per billing customer — locations, floors and seats are not capped.
What are the limits on Per location?
Up to 6 floors per site at the listed price. Seats and customers on that site are not capped. Need more floors? Add per-floor units, switch meters, or talk to us about Enterprise.
What happens if I exceed a plan limit?
We bill overage at the published add-on rate for the next meter (for example, extra floors at the per-floor rate) or help you switch to a meter that fits — whichever costs less.
Can I switch between per seat, customer, floor and location?
Yes. Pick the meter that fits how you run today and switch when the site grows — same product features on every plan.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
No. Taxes are extra. Listed prices are exclusive of GST; applicable taxes are charged separately.
Do you support access control and visitors?
Yes — check-ins, passes and device-backed access on the same Zeicle platform (Devices), alongside visitor flows for front-desk ops.
What add-on features can we integrate?
